PHONE SYSTEMS SUPPORT

Press the Prog soft key

Press the Cfwd key.

Select the Call Forward condition that was used when setting the Call Forward.

Press the CNCL key.

Press the speaker key to exit.

Using the soft keys on the top of the phone press the Prog key.

Press the Cfwd key.

Using the soft keys again, select the call forward condition you wish to set – All, Both, Busy, N/A for No-answer or B/NA for Busy and No-answer.

Select the SET key.

Enter the extension that you wish to forward your calls to, or enter the mobile/external number prefixing with a 9… for example 908008404181

Press the hold key to confirm.

Press the Speaker key to exit.

Press the Hold key during a call

Outside calls will flash at the Line Key

Internal calls will flash at the Hold Key

Press the flashing key to retrieve the held call

Press the Transfer Key during a call

Dial the extension number of the required party and press transfer

– or –

Wait for an answer, announce the call and press the transfer key

Press the SPK key

Press 720

Press SPK

This will cancel: Call Forward, Message Waiting, DND, Alarm Clock and Repeat Dial.

Press the DND and 1 to block your outside calls

Press the DND and 2 to block Paging, internal calls

Press the DND and 3 to block all calls

Press the DND and 4 to block transferred calls

To Cancel:

Press the DND and 0

Press SPK

Dial 800 – the handset will then display ICM DIAL

Enter your extension number

Key in the new name as you would when writing a text. (Press # once to use the same

letter i.e. rr = r#r, and press ## twice for a space, to delete letters press DND/CONF)

When name is correct press HOLD and then SPK

Press the SPK key

Press 720

Press SPK

This will cancel: Call Forward, Message Waiting, DND, Alarm Clock and Repeat Dial.
