An expanding Veterinary group needed to pull 16 x remote sites into a cohesive customer focused operation, providing timely 24/7 call answering across all sites from a central location, central outbound sales calls using UK wide local numbers with call centre staff results displayed on wall boards and overflow call answering for small branches. They also needed call statistics for staffing levels with business wide call recording and database integration. In addition they needed their centrally served IT system securely available to all branches, the whole to be managed remotely from any location.


Using Pink Sentinel, we securely set up a robust Virtual Private Network between all sites and our Data Centre, over which we deployed a full function and highly cost effective Voice over IP telephone system and secure data access for all staff, completely fulfilling all their requirements. Further, as the business acquires further sites, the model expands to suit.
