When local pub and restaurant chain decided to implement a centralised telephone booking and takeaway service they turned to Pink Connect for help.
Pink Connect designed a solution based on its hosted IP telephony solution, pinkIPpro, to automatically send calls for individual restaurants to a central location where bookings can be made. The phone system allows the central office to identify which venue a customer is calling so that the call can be answered with the appropriate greeting. In calls to the takeway service can be answered anywhere, even by people working at home if required.
Pink Connect also provided the chain with business grade WiFi and internet services at each restaurant and at head office.
