A quantity surveyors based on the outskirts of Bristol, had recently won a host of new contracts and found that their existing system was struggling to handle the increased call volumes. With only one inbound line they were dropping calls with many customers complaining that they couldn’t get through – a problem detrimental to their business. Missed calls could mean missed contracts.
