Smart Divert provides greater flexibility than basic Call Diversion as it can be remotely activated at any time. Calls can be diverted to another number anywhere in the UK, most overseas destinations and mobile phones. The system is accessed using an access number and PIN.
- Pink Caller Display
Pink Caller Display can be provided against a maximum of 10 lines at an installation (single lines or up to 10 Auxiliary working lines). NOTE: Pink Caller Display can be ordered on a single line or on any combination of lines across a Multiline Aux installation. Pink Caller Display is charged for on a line by line basis as applied across a Multiline Aux installation.
Call Diversion lets you have all your calls diverted to another number - anywhere in the UK, most overseas destinations or a mobile phone.
You can choose to: divert all calls, divert on no reply or divert when the line is busy
The caller will get a message if they divert and get 'no reply' if they reach an engaged tone.
If callers don't get an answer when they try to reach you, or your line is busy, pink answer 1571 diverts incoming calls when there is no reply to a remote messages storage facility. An announcement will ask your caller to leave a message.
A stutter dial tone when you next pick up your phone lets you know there are stored messages, which they can then listen to by dialling 1571 from your phone. You will not be able to access their messages remotely. You will be notified when your mailbox is near capacity.

With Pink Call Waiting, a gentle beep alerts you that another call is coming in. You then have the option to end their original call and take the new call, swap between both calls, or to continue with your current call. In the latter case, the caller will be asked to ring back later. Pink Call Return '1471' can be used to get the second caller's number, if available.
If a caller tries to reach you and hears an engaged tone, they press '5' to request Ring Back. An announcement will tell them if the network is able to accept their request. Alternatively, the caller will hear a rejection announcement or continues to hear the engaged tone if the network is not able to accept the request. The busy number will be monitored by the network for up to 45 minutes. When the number becomes free, the caller's phone will ring with a distinctive ringing tone.
Up to five Ring Back requests can be in place at any one time. The caller will be charged for the resulting call (shown on their bill as a facility fee and associated call), if the ringing sequence starts but the call is left unanswered, the facility fee will be charged

Pink Call Minder is a network-based messaging service. This service answers calls and records messages on no reply, or if engaged. You can record their own greeting message and up to 30 messages can be stored - the maximum message length is 5 minutes.
If a message has been recorded while the line is engaged, Call Pink Minder will call your number at 10 minute intervals up to 60 minutes and invite you to listen to the message.
An interrupted dial tone will alert you to a waiting message. After listening, the message can be heard again, saved or deleted.
Pink Call Minder can be accessed remotely to retrieve messages, to change service options such as the number of rings before answer, personal greetings and PIN. (For security, a PIN can only be changed from your office line). You dial your telephone number (normal call charges apply) and enter a PIN during the greeting message. Having used the security PIN you have access to the mailbox menus as if you were calling 1571 from your office telephone.
You dial '1471' is dialled to hear the number of the last caller, together with the time and date (unless it is withheld, or from an exchange where the Calling Line Identity is not available).
To return the call press '3' and the number is automatically dialled for the normal price of the call. Callers can suppress their number by keying 141 before dialling out. Call Return is automatically provided on lines from digital exchanges.
Remote Call Forward (RCF) is an exchange based facility for transferring incoming calls to a different location. It is used when you have moved out of the exchange area and do not wish to lose calls, or because you want to advertise a number from a certain area where you do not actually have physical presence. Your Caller dials the advertised number and is automatically diverted to the final destination without any announcement.
