If you believe a product to be faulty, you must complete this Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Form BEFORE returning any product to Pink Connect.
Our Technical Support Team will review this form and you may be contacted with guidance on fault diagnosis or rectification.
If the product is to be returned to you, it will be issued with an RMA number and a staff member will email it to you. A copy of the completed form (including RMA number added manually) must be printed and enclosed when shipping the product back to Pink Connect. Returns sent without an allocated RMA number or form will be rejected.
