Where we have set up scheduled system or server back-up, we will monitor correct functioning on a regular basis.
We can log onto your network, individual computer or server and carry out maintenance or system checks to resolve problems or faults.
What is chargeable work? We will raise charges of £50.00 per hour for installing/upgrading hardware/software. For our monthly IT support customers we make no extra charge for callout, fuel or mileage.
