pinkconnect offer multi-grade support packages, involving remote support, remote backup, automated viral scans and PC maintenance checks.
pinkconnect has field engineers able to visit sites under any support contract, whether to do routine maintenance, or deliver and install replacement hardware. We also have a workshop based team, separate to the field engineers, to assist with remote assistance and telephone support.
