Having used BT for our telephone services for a number of years we were becoming increasingly disappointed and frustrated with the price and the level of service provided.

Dear Sirs,

I wanted to let you know about the brilliant service we received from Lars Nielsen.

You read so many 'general' testimonials that they begin to blur into one another ... but not with Lars.

The words 'above and beyond' do not do justice to the service we recently received from Lars Nielsen of Pink Connect. We've bought a series of VoIP 'phones and an industrial strength router from Lars. Everything had been running fine until a couple of weeks ago when our Internet fell over. BT

identified a fault on the line (which didn't really exist), we checked routers and every other piece of equipment ... all to no avail.

So we called the cavalry in the form of Lars. He came back to our office (even though his involvement was officially over) and went through an in depth analysis of our equipment. He quickly identified and cordless 'phone that had been moved into our server room (by us) was knocking out a splitter ... and two weeks of pain came to an end.

Lars didn't need to do that, but he took time out of his busy diary to help us out. We find him approachable, direct and very, very thorough in what he does. In short, we trust him implicitly with our IT and telecoms. As contracts with BT conclude we will be moving everything to Lars and Pink Connect... and will be recommending that other people do tool
