A completed "Letter of Authority" (LOA) is required to release this information. When we have this, we will firstly ensure you are not "Rolled Over" by giving notice to quit your current contract (this in no way affects your supply) it just prevents them extending your contract without your permission and allows you to choose a more competitive supplier at the end of your current deal.
