Job Description

The main focus of the role is to place orders with all suppliers with the highest level of customer service and accuracy. You will need to be proactive and reactive to suppliers communications, ultimately maintaining the customers’ services in working order.

Candidates should be based around the Midlands within reasonable driving distance of our offices in Shipston-on-Stour.

You will be trained to be knowledgeable about a range of telecommunication services (WLR3, VoIP, Security, connectivity and mobile phones etc) to SME’s and larger companies.

You will be specifically trained in the network requirements and different portals.
